This study focuses on how parents teach their children about work and money. This research goes along with what SFP teaches for chores and allowances that translate into the work world. Whether parents teach their children through chores, allowance, or entrepreneurial experiences, a child’s parents are the most important influences and teachers during development. Children are taught valuable principles for finances and work ethic through their parents. The way parents teach their children about work is how the child learns to finance, budget, save, and be overall independent (not just financially independent)
