This study covers mindfulness development as a non judgemental accepting awareness of moment-by-moment experiences. It aims to help parents and children alike by intentionally facing their mental and emotional needs as they arise. The evidence suggests that mindfulness based therapies for families and children have positive impacts on several outcomes like health, career, and values.
